You may use this e-mail inquiry form to contact Digidesign Technical Support, Customer Service Administration, or for Sales information.
To assure your request is forwarded to the correct department, please note the following guidelines:
- For inquiries concerning Technical Support (i.e. operational or installation issues) or for repair status*, please select either Technical Inquiry or Repair Request under the Question Topic field.
- For Customer Service Administration inquiries concerning Pro Tools authorization codes, iLok issues, software upgrade information, software activation, or general registration issues, please select one of these in the Question Topic field.
- For Sales information, please select Sales Inquiry in the Question Topic field.
- For all international customers (located outside of the United States or Canada) your local distributor or authorized reseller offers you the fastest assistance for installation, service and Tutorial queries.
* Initiating a repair or a repair part request must be handled by phoning Technical Support at your local Digidesign office in order to verify warranty service and to issue a Return Authorization Number. Please see the Product Repairs and Modifications page in the Tech Support section of the website, which includes new local Authorized Repair Centers.
