My Digi Account, Login & Download Help
My Digi & DigiStore Account
Many downloads on the Digidesign website require that you have a general website My Digi account profile. Your account profile is also used for the DigiStore. The My Digi general website account profile is currently a separate process from the Product Registration and Digi User Conference registration process. So you may need to create a My Digi profile even if you already have an account on the DUC or have completed an online product registration. Some online activations (such as license activation of some plug-ins) automatically prompt you to login or create your My Digi account, and provide both activation and registration of that product with a single activation code.
To create an Account Profile:
1. Go to the My Digi Home section.
2. Click on the Create Profile link.
3. Enter your email address and whatever password you choose.
You may already have an account profile for the Digidesign website. If you think that may be the case, click on the "Login" button and enter your email and password. Make sure you have selected your location in the Region & Language Selector
If you do not remember your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" button. If no account exists yet with the email address you enter, you will not receive a password reminder. In that case, try creating a new account profile with your current email address.
Please Note:
Your My Digi account is also used for the DigiStore login. If you already have a DigiStore account, you can use that to login to your My Digi account. Updating the existing account with a new email address will require you to use the new account login email to access your previous DigiStore orders.
What Information is Available When I Login to My Digi Account?
Currently, when you login to your My Digi account, you will find the following:
- Under "Registered Downloads", click on "View All Downloads". Currently, only Pro Tools No Cost "Amnesty" Upgrades you have activated (and some activations such as some Pro Tools upgrades purchased from a Digidesign dealer) are listed in your Registered Downloads section. Other products registered online are not yet linked to your My Digi account or viewable by users.
- Under "Activation Codes", registration information for Ignition Pack 2 bundles you have activated are available.
- Under "DigiStore Order History", you will find the order number, date, and charge for each DigiStore order. However, you will need to go to the DigiStore and login to your account to view the complete order receipt and access any downloads and/or authorization codes associated with that order.
- See "Where to Find Your Downloaded Upgrades" and "Ignition Pack 2 Help" below for more information.
For more about current and upcoming features, see the My Digi Overview page.
Login Troubleshooting

- Selected your location by clicking on the Region & Language Selector, the world map on the top right side of the website.

When setting your location, some users run into a problem...the site will automatically redirect back to the location selector unless the cookie is set. If that happens, you may need to do the following:
1 - Delete the existing cookies (which may have become corrupted) using the "Expire Cookies" link here:

Adobe Flash Player
Some of the media available on the Digidesign website (such as tutorial videos and 360 degree images) require version 7 or higher of the Adobe Flash Player. Pages with Flash content may give an error message if the Flash Player is not installed.
Free downloads of the Flash Player are available from the Digidesign Website Requirements page. The latest version of Flash Player 9 is fine, but you need version 7 or higher for Flash media on Digidesign.com. You can verify the version you have installed by visiting the About Flash Player page.
Digi User Conference
The DUC requires a separate registration than the rest of the Digi websites. For login or other problems on the Digi User Conference, please try the suggestions here in the DUC Announcements section: Help with DUC Page Refresh & Login Problems

Upgrades Purchased from the DigiStore

Click on "View Order Details/Tracking Number" next to your Pro Tools upgrade order. Your upgrade downloads will be available on the order details page, along with your authorization code if you purchased a Pro Tools LE upgrade (this is also where you would find your authorization for MP3 Option if you purchased that product).
Pro Tools No Cost "Amnesty" Upgrades
Login to your My Digi account on the website. If you have previously completed the activation process for a Pro Tools No Cost "Amnesty" Upgrade, your downloads will be available after you login, along with your Pro Tools LE authorization code if you received a Pro Tools LE No Cost "Amnesty" upgrade. These will be under "Registered Downloads" at the bottom of your My Digi home page. Click on "View All Downloads" under "Registered Downloads" in your My Digi account AFTER activation has been completed.
Currently, only No Cost "Amnesty" upgrades (and some activations such as some Pro Tools upgrades purchased from a Digidesign dealer) are listed in your Registered Downloads section.
- If you have not received any No Cost "Amnesty" notifications, and have not activated an No Cost "Amnesty" upgrade, no downloads will appear in this section.
- Only your 3 most recent No Cost "Amnesty" downloads will be displayed on the My Digi home page. If you have more than 3, click on "View All Downloads" to see your entire No Cost "Amnesty" downloads history.
