Answerbase is a troubleshooting resource for problems or questions you may encounter when using Pro Tools and is updated daily. As new issues come into the Technical Support department or the Digi Users Conference, Answerbase records are created to address them.
To attest to the quality of information found in Answerbase, the Technical Support department also uses Answerbase as their best tool for troubleshooting Pro Tools issues.
