(July 10, 2006) — Creative Network Design (CND), a leading sound and audio software developer, are now shipping NetMix Pro 3.5 and MetaPlug 2.0, offering compatibility with Apple’s new Intel-based iMac, MacBook Pro, and Mac Mini computers. CND’s flagship software NetMix™ Pro is the industry’s leading sound library management system for Mac OS X and Windows XP. MetaPlug is a cross-platform AudioSuite plug-in, enabling Pro Tools users to catalog, archive and deliver audio files with embedded metadata directly from the timeline to the NetMix Server.

Along with Intel-based Mac compatibility, CND has also added new features in NetMix Pro 3.5:

Production Music
More than 50 production music libraries now provide their entire music library with NetMix Pro-compatible metadata and album cover art as Broadcast Wave and MP3 files. These files are fully compatible with NetMix Pro 3.5 and Apple’s new Intel-based Macs.

Availability
NetMix Pro 3.5 and MetaPlug 2.0 are software downloads, available free to all current, registered users of NetMix Pro (version 3.3 or higher).
