Roger Nichols Digital Releases New EQ Plug-in

Uniquel-Izer LE offers superb sonic quality with an intuitive user interface at a very affordable price

(January 18, 2006)

The Clean EQ — Uniquel-izer LE uses the same advanced algorithms as its big brother — Uniquel-izer, but with a fixed number of 7 filters.

Honest Sound — We could bore you with details of the complex math required to produce Uniquel-izer's clean and crisp sound, even at extreme settings. And how RND's talented developers managed to put all this math to work yet still use very little processing power of your CPU, is astounding. We could try to impress you with terms like "Parabolean integer hyperfunctions used to calculate phase-shift correlations, and auto-correct phase relationships to implement psychoacoustic perceptions". What matters, however, is what the plug-in really does in the end, not how it does its magic.

Uniquel-izer algorithms are designed to perform exactly what you want the plug-in to do, without bogging down your host processor, and without adding its own color to your sound.

Features Galore — Activate or inactivate filters on the fly. Two workspaces let you compare EQ's and zero in on the ideal settings for your mix. Boost or cut your signal by +/- 24 dB. Save your EQ settings with integrated Save and Load functions, and import previously saved filters into your current EQ session. Preset files created with LE can be loaded into its big brother Uniqel-izer as well.
Did we mention it sounds good?

Uniquelizer-LE is available in RTAS for Windows XP and Mac OS X. Its suggested retail price is $69.00
