Digidesign® Hybrid™ 1.5 is an exciting new update to the powerful high-definition synthesizer virtual instrument. Boasting an entirely new VCF (Voltage Controlled Filter) vintage filter, Hybrid 1.5 makes it easier than ever to achieve anything from the classic, retro analog synthesizer sounds of the ’70s and ’80s to more modern edgy leads and everything in between — or create something completely unique.

Hybrid 1.5 features five new filter saturation modes — Distort, Hard Clip, Rectify, Bit Crush, and Resample (in addition to the original Overdrive) — providing additional tone-shaping flexibility. And it comes with even more sounds than before, providing over 330 all-new patches along with the original 256 Hybrid 1.0 patches, which have been reprogrammed to take advantage of the new VCF filter and saturation modes.
