Known as the DUC, the Digidesign User Conference provides a wide range of discussion forums for users of Digidesign products. With more than 80,000 registered members, the DUC is an impressive resource for exchanging information among a large and growing, global community of professionals and audio enthusiasts. Search for answers from previous posts, ask a new question, or share your knowledge with fellow members.

Registration for the DUC is separate from product and My Digi* registration. If you have not previously created an account on the DUC, you will need to register on the user conference to add a post or reply.

*My Digi Information:

Many downloads on the Digidesign website require that you have a general website My Digi account profile. Your account profile is also used for the DigiStore. The general website account profile is currently a separate process from the Product Registration and Digi User Conference registration process. To create an Account Profile:
1. Go to the My Digi Home section.
2. Click on the Create Profile link.
3. Enter your email address and whatever password you choose.

You may already have an account profile for the Digidesign website. If you think that may be the case, click on the "Login" button and enter your email and password. Make sure you have selected your location in the Region & Language Selector

If you do not remember your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" button. If no account exists yet with the email address you enter, you will not receive a password reminder. In that case, try creating a new account profile with your current email address.

Your My Digi account is also used for the DigiStore login.
