After downloading the Big Fish Hip Hop Loops, when trying to unzip or extract the files, a prompt indicates the files are password protected.

This is a known issue at this time when downloading the Big Fish Audio loops located in My Digi accounts. This problem is specific to Big Fish loops that are included with Pro Tools 8 Amnesty upgrades.

This issue was seen on Windows XP systems only.
