I am seeing timecode coming in through the timecode reader in OMS but I am not seeing it in Pro Tools. Why?  This can be due to several things. Check to see that in Setup>Peripherals that the type of device is selected and on the correct port. Check Current time in Session Setup to verify incoming timecode to. If these settings are correct but you still do not see incoming timecode, try trashing OMS prefs, DAE prefs and Digisetup along with preferences from the Preferences folder (inside the system folder), restart the computer and relaunch . If this does not work, a complete reinstallation of both OMS and may be necessary. In a few instances it has been required to reinstall the Mac OS as well in order to resolve the problem.
