One or more HDLink peripherals (through D-Show HDx card) are not discovered by Pro Tools.
If Pro Tools should fail to properly represent an active HDx connection in its Hardware Setup or I/O Setup windows, power down both the Pro Tools host computer and the D-Show FOH Rack, then disconnect and examine both ends of the DigiLink cable for damage. If there is no visible damage, firmly re-seat both ends of the cable and re-power the FOH Rack, followed by the Pro Tools host computer.

Also, please be aware that a second HDx card requires the presence of a second FOH Snake board (both of which must be connected to the second Mix Engine). [Page View]

How do I configure my SYNC I/O with 3 192 I/O audio interfaces?

How do I configure my SYNC I/O with 3 192 I/O audio interfaces?
This configuration would be the same for other HD audio interfaces.

Clock cables:
Loop Sync Out of SYNC I/O > Loop Sync In of 1st Interface.
Loop Sync Out of 1st Interface > Loop Sync In of 2nd Interface.
Loop Sync Out of 2nd Interface > Loop Sync In 3rd Interface.
Loop Sync Out of 3rd Interface > Loop Sync In on SYNC I/O.

DigiLink cables:
HD Core > (DigiLink cable) > Primary Port of 1st Interface.
Expansion port out of 1st Interface > Primary Port of 2nd Interface.
Accel or Process card > (DigiLink cable) > Primary Port of 3rd Interface. [Page View]

Are DigiLink Cables included with an HD1, HD2, or HD 3 system? Are DigiLink Cables included with a 192 I/O or 96 I/O?
Each HD core system (HD1, HD2, or HD3 ) comes with one 12' DigiLink cable, for the purpose of connecting a 192 I/O, 96i or 96 I/O to the HD Core Card. Each 192 I/O, 96i or 96 I/O comes with a 1.5' DigiLink cable, intended for chaining a second 192 I/O, 96i or 96 I/O to its Expansion Port. Given this, if you have three, five, or seven HD I/Os, you most likely will want to purchase an additional one, two, or three 12' (or longer) DigiLink cables respectively, to connect to HD Process or HD Accel Cards.
