These files are also available in the Additional Files folder on the Pro Tools HD 7.x and 6.9.x CDs for Mac OS X and Windows XP.
Introduction
If you are using Pro Tools 6.9.x or 7.x with the Digidesign SCSI128 card or ATTO EPCI-UL3D SCSI Host Bus Adapter card, it is strongly recommended that you verify that you are using the proper ATTO firmware and (if necessary) update it. The ATTO Utilities Read Me v6.9 documents the following:

This Mac OS X utility helps you customize the settings of your Celerity or ExpressPCI host adapters to maximize the performance of your storage connection. It may also be used to verify the drivers and flash files currently in use and update the flash, as necessary.
