This may occur after taking ProControl, Control|24, or Command|8 offline.
Bringing the control surface back online, closing and reopening the session, or toggling the plug-in to inactive/active should resolve the problem.

Appears to be caused in part by having an additional Ethernet card installed for use with ProControl, D-Control, Control|24 and LAN networks. Connecting to either the built in Ethernet or the add-on Ethernet PCI card still causes this error. Removing the additional card resolves this issue.

The following control surfaces were not tested with Pro Tools LE 6.4, and therefore are not officially supported. The Pro Tools LE 6.4 Installer CD contains an "unsupported" folder with the following control surface personality files:
* CM Labs MotorMix™
* JL Cooper CS-10™ MIDI series
* Mackie Designs HUI™
* Peavy PC-1600™

1) Turn off the ProControl Main or Fader unit
2) Hold RecRdy8+DynIn7+Insert6
3) Power on the unit
4) To verify firmware was reset, Channel/Group LCD will say RESET
Note: After resetting the ProControl's firmware, you must launch Pro Tools and toggle "enable" in the Pro Control dialog (Setups/Peripherals/Pro Control). If the firmware of the unit does not match that of the software, a message will be posted: "Current firmware of Pro Control does not match that of Pro Tools... Do you want to download current firmware?" Click OK to update the firmware.
NOTE: you do not need an internet connection for this operation.
