(May 14, 2007) — Contour Design's new driver version 2.6.17 adds new ShuttlePRO V.2 settings for Pro Tools 7.x software. The new settings offer increased control of the playhead and allow you to more easily navigate your session, heightening responsiveness and accuracy.

ShuttlePRO V.2 ($109.95 SRP) gives Pro Tools users unparalleled editing efficiency with fingertip control for audio scrubbing and one button loop playback and recording. The ShuttlePRO's 15 programmable buttons move Pro Tools' most-used controls off the keyboard to where they're easiest to use and are fully customizable to users' preferences.

The optimized application settings are available for free download from Contour Design's website, www.contourdesign.com. The ShuttlePRO V.2 driver comes with preprogrammed settings for Pro Tools and numerous other software packages and is completely customizable. Pro Tools settings for Contour's ShuttleXpress multimedia controller ($59.95 US SRP) are also available.
