Pro Tools LE 7.1 is a free download for all Pro Tools LE 7.0 software owners. Pro Tools LE 7.0 must already be installed on your system to use this update.

These Pro Tools LE 7.1 updates require a Digi 002, Digi 002 Rack, Mbox 2 or Mbox hardware system with Pro Tools LE 7.0 software already installed, and your Pro Tools LE 7.0 authorization code that begins with "DIGI07".

Inside the front cover of your Upgrading to Pro Tools 7.0 booklet included with Pro Tools LE 7.0 upgrades purchased from a Digidesign dealer
Inside the front cover of your Getting Started Guide (version 7.0) if your recently purchased Pro Tools LE core hardware system already included Pro Tools LE 7.0
Digidesign Website Upgrades and Updates
Here are the instructions for returning to your Pro Tools LE 7 authorization code and downloads if you received your upgrade or update to Pro Tools LE 7 from the Digidesign website:
DigiStore Pro Tools LE 7.0 Upgrades Purchased from the DigiStore
If you purchased the Pro Tools LE 7 Standard Upgrade or Upgrade PLUS on the DigiStore, go to the DigiStore and click on the "your account" link at the top, you should see your recent orders after you are logged in.
Click on "View Order Details/Tracking Number" next to your Pro Tools LE 7 Upgrade order.
Look for "DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE" and you should see your Pro Tools LE 7.0 downloads, like this:

If you received an email notification for a free update to Pro Tools LE 7, use the instructions in your email to return to the linked page, click on the Download tab where you logged in and downloaded the update, login with your regular Digi website account email address and password, where you will see this:
